When will my festival merchandise arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak festival season, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure your gear arrives before you head to the grounds.
Can I return items purchased at the festival site?
Items purchased online can be returned via our mail-in portal within 30 days. However, items purchased physically at the Download Festival merch stands are final sale unless deemed faulty.
What is the fit of the official Download t-shirts?
Our official tees are printed on premium 'Retail Fit' cotton, which runs true to size. If you prefer an oversized festival look, we recommend sizing up one or two sizes.
Do you offer international shipping for global fans?
