We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Download Festival gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that merchandise purchased at the festival site is subject to different terms than online orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
